This is an experience that will make you feel like a real local, discover the traditional manufacturing processes and taste the various typical products of the region, such as cheese, bread and wine from Serra da Arrabida while enjoying panoramic views with dazzling landscapes, and among mills and wineries, discover the stories and traditions of these producing families in the region.

MORNING

BREAD WORKSHOP IN THE MILLS: Guided tour of the mills, technical introduction to traditional manufacturing. Workshop on the bread making process where you will knead and bake your own bread in a wood oven.

QUEIJO DE AZEITÃO ATELIER: Guided visit to the Cheese Shop and Museum followed by the cheese workshop with an introduction to the entire process of making azeitão cheese: from techniques used, ingredients, materials and stages of curing. After a demonstration, each customer will be able to “get their hands dirty”, and at the end there is a tasting of Azeitão cheese in its XNUMX phases: fresh and buttery.

WINERY VISIT: guided visit to a local wine producer, followed by wine tasting and accompanied by regional products.
